I had the best experience at the Mini Alexander dealer yesterday. Phil Gibson was my service attendant and was thorough with explaining my mini needs. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. A loaner car was provided and I was in and out quickly. I recommend Mini Alexander to all. All staff are friendly and professional and provided me with an excellent experience.
