I do have to say, I got the nacho's and they were really good. The drinks have improved over the time and i usually enjoy the comidians.
Now to the problem, I was looking over my bank statement on Tuesday of the following week and noticed an extra charge on my card from Harvey's. I called and left a message and wait a couple hours. No return call. So i called back (it is very hard to get someone on the phone), Finally someone answer and I told them about my issue. They stated they would call the manager and the manager would call me back. Hours go by and no response. I call back (again near impossible to get someone on the phone), they say the manager will be in the following day and will help me with this. Still no call back! Finally 2 days later i notice they removed the charge. I am glad it was taken care, but a call back would have went a long way.
Harvey's has lost my business!
