My dog(s) have been going here for years...but I will never go here again. The reason? One day in the summer, I had noticed that my dog wasn't acting right, had something wrong with her neck. I called her...probably around 4 pm and I was told: 'The Dr. is just walking out the door. You would have to call back in the morning and set up an appointment for next week.' I had even explained what was going on, and she didn't even want to wait for me. That shows that she didn't care about my dog...and wanted me to WAIT a week to see her...when she had a NECK problem. That just didn't sit well with me. My dog could have had something seriously wrong....and she didn't want to wait 30 minutes to make sure she was fine. I was not happy, at all. I will never go here again, just because of that. Not right to do that....
