Week before Thanksgiving I had an issue with my combo oven/microwave. Repairman arrived and determined that a part needed to be replaced. Provided me with a written price for the part of $27.36 after he spent time talking with his office regarding the availability of the part. I was charged $87.95 for the first visit. I asked if I would be charge again for the install visit. I was advised "no" I would not. When the repairman arrived the cost of the part went from $27.36 to $93.42 and I was charged $72.00 labor. The oven/microwave was still inoperable. Repairman said more parts were needed. How could I trust what the cost would be? Apparently written cost of parts cannot be trusted.
