This review is about their boarding "service" only.\r
From my rating you can tell that I was/am not happy from the ?service?. I am especially not happy about the state that I found my dog in at pick-up.\r

1 - Customer Service: When I took my dog to check-in for his 2 day stay, I was made to wait 15 minutes before anybody would talk to me. Evidently their phone calls are more important than the person who is standing there who already has a reservation made. Also, I got there 30 minutes early when picking him up expecting that I?d wait. There were quite a few people in the office. They didn?t open the door until 2 minutes past the time they advertise. I?d expect that from government agencies and the post office, but a private business? I dont think they would have lost much if I picked up my dog 10 minutes early?\r
2 - Pricing: They have a nightly fee, which ONLY includes the cage/pen that the dog is in. Even if you bring your own food they charge you $2.50 per feeding. Yes, yo
