I will never buy from Rooms To Go again. My experience from top to bottom was not at all customer friendly. Upon my arrival, I am accosted by a salesperson. I expect this, of course, as sales people at most furniture stores jump on any new customer that enters the door. I had already done my studying of the product(s) that I wanted, online earlier in the day. So, I was an easy sell to this salesperson. I told him the product line of bedroom furniture I wanted to buy and he took me right to it. I only needed the furniture, no mattresses, no add-ons, etc. After telling him 4 times that I don't need any mattresses, he asks me yet again about mattresses b/c he says his manager told him he has to. Seriously...? I finally get to check out and purchase my $2,300 furniture which will arrive some number of days later. Fine. Yes, I received the confirmation call 2 days prior to delivery. Fine.\r
