I have lived there for 11 months now, and I'm itching to get out. Not only are the front staff girls completely incompetent -- forgetting to charge our rent or take out our water bill, even though our credit cards are on file to be automatically charged -- but they are extremely rude and unhelpful. The place is beautiful and undergoing many updates, but not worth all of the stress from the lack of help at the front desk and sleepless nights from the noise levels.\r

We have been extremely flexible with them when they need to show our apartment and with issues with the water, but this is just completely getting out of control. I?ve had to bring up an issue once per month before it was ever addressed. \r

Stonebridge management expects you to bend over backwards for them, but offers absolutely nothing in return.
