THE WORST COMPANY!!! Will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!!!! Well the house was nice, the price was ok, but they get you in fines after you leave!!! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE COMPANY TO RENT FROM! I went with 7 other young professionals and because we were young, they took complete advantage of us!!! CHARGED US MORE IN FINES THAT IT WAS TO RENT THE PLACE. They don't understand that rentals will accumulate normal wear and tear and they expect the place to be SPOTLESS after you leave, even though you've paid for a cleaning fee in the price. These people are ridiculous. Charged us $200 for two plates that broke that were $4.99!! We saw the price tag on the back!!!!!! COMPLETE IDIOTS!! DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD WITHOUT EVEN TELLING YOU FOR "DAMAGES" THAT THEY JUST MAKE UP!!!! They won't stay in business long after I get done with them...
