Bad wait times, rude staff, and uncaring Doctors. The billing department will make you do a payment plan during your pregnancy if you are one of the few patients who actually has insurance. (Less than 10% of patients there actually are paying, the others are on Medicaid or other state/federal aid and get free care). It took them over 5 months after I had my baby to get a refund when the insurance kicked in. Don't use Cathcart even though she's the only female Doctor!
