I have been with Custom Fitness Concepts since May of 2005, so five years, and I have been through maybe 2 or 3 different trainers. They have all been really good at helping me accomplish my fitness goals and keeping to my daily workout activities.
I haven't had too much experience with other groups, but I know they are all pretty dedicated. They work different areas and range from arm to core along with agility, cardio, and long-distance runs. It is a good program designed to meet all fitness levels. Our class has a range of different ages and body types, but everybody comes eager to do what it on the repertoire that day.
The program is also good because it is very flexible. There are a number of different sites offered so that if you don't like one trainer you can go to another site. Also, they have flexible hours with both morning and evening sites. You don't have to stick to one site, so that if you miss a day, you can get your money's worth by going to another site at a different time, so that is good.
