So a national chain shop told me that my transmission was shot, but they didnt know how bad it was. It was going to cost me $700 bucks to figure it out. I looked for some other shops to give me a second opinion and I ended up at Select because Jeff told me he would give a totally free diagnostic and a totally free written estimate. It turns out that the free diagnostic discovered that it was not the transmission at all, it was a bearing on the wheel and cost me less than the diagnostic fee at the other shop. Save money, buy local and not from the national shops that want to take your money and forget who you are.
