For the most part, over the years, I've had a good experience bringing my pets to animal care center. But last year, one my dogs had giarridia (aplogize for the spelling), and I never received a phone call to let me know. I found out when I stopped in there for another thing. \r

Most recently, my older dog was not feeling well. They ran tests one being a CBC. I was told I'd get a call the next morning. Looking at the fax, the results came in that same afternoon, but I had to call a couple times the next morning and I never got a call back until later that afternoon (2:30pm). I the results were not great.\r

But overall, I've been going there for 10 years and 2 problems so not bad.\r

I wish annual exams were a little more comprehenisve vs just listening to the heart and looking at teeth. And I often question if they push vaccines for money or are they really needed, I've read studies about over vaccinating.\r
