We had a leaking faucet. The plumber came out the same day, offered all the options and assisted us in making an informed decision. He was very professional, friendly and respectful of our property. The job was completed in an acceptable amount of time and done quite well. There was no pressure to do one option over another. We live in Cincinnati and we opted for him to purchase a new set which he did a very nice job picking out what would go with our bathroom. We were very pleased.
