on thanksgiving day our basement flooded. it was an awful experience because it was raining all day and we had no idea what to do... we feared that no plumber was available because of the holiday, but my friend recommended that i contact roto-rooter. the first time i called, i was advised that someone would come in a few hours, but then i called again and explained that things were getting worse. the operator advised me that someone would be there in an hour... within an hour jimi (27-1292) came and helped us! he was super helpful, friendly and an amazing plumber!!! he stopped the flooding and explained everything to us about what happened. i recommend him and roto-rooter to everyone because it is a very professional company and jimi is the best plumber!!!!
