I had no problems with Rapid Transmissions. I took my truck in there, they checked it out, and they called me to tell me exactly what was wrong. They also gave me a couple of options.
They said they would get right on it, and they did. They got it back to me right away, and I didn't have any problems with it at all. They want me to bring it back in a week or so just to have it checked out and adjusted, but so far it has been fine. They treat their customers right, take care of it, and do a good job.
