I called them for an emergency flood caused by a toilet overflow. The person answering the 800 number advised they would be out within one hour (not the 30 minutes advertised) and also advised that when the technician arrived I would be giv en a free estimate. The technician called and advised that it was going to cost $5-6,000 without even knowing the size of the house, etc. He then told me that if he came and we decided not to accept the estimate, we would have to pay $250 for the estimate. When I called the 800 number again, the man I had previously talked to said ""f**k off lady"" I could not believe my ears and called again. He again said ""f**k off, f**k off"" and hung up on me. I could not believe this was happening. I called two more times and each time the man used profanity and hung up.\r
