In the distant past we had heard good things about this establishment and looked forward to trying them out. While we try to give most restaurants 2 trials, since anyone can have a bad day , we will not be going back for a second visit. Today the DR was cold enough to hang meat. I ordered a ""well done"" burger since I have had food poisoning in the past from under-cooked meat. The hamburger came out with a pink center. When I told the waitress she offered to put it back on the grill ( after I had taken a bite--not very sanitary) . Re-frying a hand-patted burger just adds insult to injury. Only after I refused did she offer to acquire a new burger. By then I was so frustrated that we left. I can recommend BB&Y in r Raleigh if you want a delicious hand made burger- roll or Barry's in Cary for a place with good burgers and breakfast.
