This was my first time using Carpet Dry Clean. I spoke with the owner himself before my cleaning and he was very courteous and professional. Vance was onsite for a few hours and did a phenomenal job cleaning the entire house. He was very knowledgeable about his company and the products he was using. My wife and I are germaphobes and this service is exactly what we needed. I do wish the prices were lower but you do end up getting what you pay for. If you are looking for a company to build a relationship and provide excellent service, I highly recommend this company and Vance. Thank you for an incredible service! My carpets are good as new!!
