My past experience with UPS over the last 5 years was good, but last Friday, the UPS driver stuck the notice of attempt to deliver on the gate pad going into my townhouse complex. No reason was checked for not being able to deliver - apparently he/she couldn't figure out how to dial me and get me to open the gate. I've never had this problem before, and I've never had to let one of the drivers in. Now that I'm back at work & it's Monday, if the same driver attempts to deliver again I won't be home! I'll end up missing work and driving halfway across Houston to pick up my package.
