Lamplighter is the best coffee roasters in Richmond. I've heard through the vine that business people traveling through Richmond stop here (far from the airport) for their delicious whole bean coffees.
They have an excellent lunch/brunch-style menu of sandwiches and snacks... which normally I wouldn't care about, but they have GLUTEN-FREE BREAD!!! It's on the white starchy side, but try the Black Forest Ham one. You'll be an addict too.
