We also had problems with never being told about the early drop off fee. They just said to bring them on in and seeing that we were new customers, probably figured they could get away with the add ons. Also, we received incorrect information from the person on the phone (who was also the person who checked our dogs in). My husband made the arrangements and the employee told him our dogs would be in the larger kennel and gave him a price which sounded reasonable to us. I came by to bring their vet records and they were in a ridicuously small kennel and when I objected, she now gave an outrageously high $amount for switching to the bigger one. We had other problems and were promised some coupons to try to get us to come back again...guess what...never received them...and never going back.
