After Samsung gave me their contact info I called DRS, LLC to schedule a repair for my fridge. After the repair man came and diagnosed the problem I let him order the part. Waited 3 weeks and no part. Called them to find out what's going on only to get the run-around. After 1 month I get a call from them saying that the part is on back order. They never called me. I was always the one trying to get info. Finally got the part and had the fridge repaired. After 1 week it broke again with the same problem. I called DRS and they said that they will call back with a repair appointment date. They never called me. I called back and same thing. To this date I am still waiting for them to repair it under their 90 day warranty. I'm not going to wait until it expires so I have decided to file a lawsuit in my jurisdiction.
