The customer service from the take out desk at the Satuit Tavern restaurant is unacceptable. I ordered food on Saturday night (11-6), picked it up and unknowingly was short an item. When I called the tavern back after returning home. I was told, “it was my fault for leaving it behind”, and when I asked if they could make another. I was told “NO!” And this was from the acting manager. I think the manager forgot her manners! The tone of the manager (who did not want to give me her name) wasnt good! So they get one star, the food was just okay
