I PURCHASED A WATCH 5 MONTHS AGO FROM MOTION IN TIME. THEY CLAIMED THE WATCH WAS NEW AND WHEN THE WATCH WITHIN 3 WEEKS STARTED GIVING ME TROUBLE, I TOOK IT BACK TO GET IT REPAIRED AND GOT THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. BORIS THE ONE WHO SOLD ME THE WATCH CLAIMED THAT THIS WATCH WAS NOT SOLD BY HIM BUT SOMEONE ELSE AND SAID THAT IT WAS SECOND HAND AND NOT NEW. WHEN I SHOWED HIM HIS RECEIPT HE SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND I BOUGHT A WATCH WELL OVER 6,000 DOLLARS HOW CAN A PERSON MAKE SUCH A MISTAKE AND CLAIM ITS NEW WHEN ITS USED AND DENY THE FACT THAT THEY SOLD IT TO ME. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF SUING THEM AND HOPE TO HAVE THIS MATTER RESOLVED BY THE NEW YEAR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE TO BUY FROM. BEFORE YOU SHOP DO YOUR RESEARCH LIKE I SHOULD HAVE DONE.
