ADT Alarm Systems are great but their customer service is just horrible. I purchased the item 3 months ago and found that their was a minimal defect. They said I was still under warranty so I sent it over to the shop. 3 weeks later they called and told me the defect was permanent and that I should buy a very expensive spare part to fix it! I was stupefied! What happened to my warranty? more
