Unfortunately I am forced to relocate my professional practice from their commercial space after dealing with an unyielding building management company, They have refused to correct major plumbing issues in the building, they have intentionally unreasonable time (months and months) to post signage of occupancy in the lobby. They provided unacceptable cleaning services in the building without the option of bringing someone else. They have entered my space and spoke rudely to the occupants of my space (all physicians) in front of patients. I should have known when the bank that occupied their building relocated next door to a building under different management that the storm would be coming my way as well. After a flood from plumbing issues in the building, the management company refused to compensate me for the damages for which I am now taking them to court. If you are considering commercial space lease from this Management Company, think twice !
