It has been a while since I dined at a JAX Grill and will be a long time before it happens again.... especially, the grill on Bellaire. I had lunch in the Bellaire grill on Nov 18, ordering the nacho plate. After several bites, I felt something hard between my teeth. Upon extracting it, I found that it was a chip out of a plate. Although less than the size of a dime, it was jagged and sharp and could have damaged my throat had I swallowed it. When brought to the attention of an employee, the best she could do was say, ""Sorry.""
