Thousand Oaks Automotive was very good. They seemed very receptive and concerned. They were able to resolve the problem with my daughter's car headlights, and we had them perform some general maintenance work as well. They called to make sure the work was approved before they began. I found the shop to be clean, and it just seems like a really good place.
I was originally looking for a shop that specializes in electrical and then I was going to go to a dealer, but I ultimately went with Thousand Oaks and I am very satisfied. They also gave my daughter a number she could call if she had any questions or problems. I was impressed.
