This salon and spa is so convenient to my home but with my latest problems here I may have to find a new place. \r Kristen and Tiffany have been doing my hair for over a year now. I've been so happy with the experiences with these two stylists and my hair has never been healthier! I'm pretty frugal when it comes to everything but my hair and have spent more money than I want to acknowledge on my hair. I love the fact that they have been willing to try new styles, colors, etc. with complete success. \r Unfortunately lately I've been more and more disappointed with the customer service at this location. There is a very sweet, attentive, knowledgeable young brown haired woman who normally works the front desk area. When I'm lucky she is there booking my appointment, following up etc. I wish I knew her name b/c she is top notch. Lately though there is another woman that has been helping at the front desk. She is pushy on product sales, overly snobby and slightly silly in conversation. My last visit 2 months ago to the salon I took off work 3 hours early for an appointment to have my highlights touched up before a long trip out of town. I showed up 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When I told her my name and that I had an appointment with Tiffany she said oooo I'm so sorry I didn't call you but she is out today sick and I didn't want to call you at 8am to let you know...I totally forgot to call you later in the day so sorry. Can't someone else do your hair? I said no not really I don't want to risk it since i'm going out of town. She mentioned another woman in the salon that would be in and could do my hair. I said can you call Tiffany to make sure its okay with her and have her talk to this stylist about the color she does on my hair and the cut. She said sure! I took a seat but never heard her make the call. Reluctantly I went to the other stylist and she was able to do my highlights but I was not comfortable with her cutting it so I said I would wait. I called back again recently only to find out that Tiffany was no longer with this salon I asked if I could get her information so I can find out where she has gone but of course they would not give me that information (understandable as they don't want to lose a customer at their location). **If anyone knows where Tiffany went please let me know. \r I love the location of this salon and will most likely go back here and have always been happy with the stylists here but very hopeful that they will review the customer service at the front desk. \r There is no excuse for not contacting the customer to let them know their scheduled appointment with their stylist needs to be changed or rescheduled. It's unprofessional. more
