Visited Crippen for the first time last month and drove away with a new 2011 Buick Lacrosse. Not only was my salesman, Kyle, very informative, honest, and straightforward about what he could and could not do, he was very helpful. When I picked up the car he went out of his way to help me set up things like OnStar, Bluetooth, etc. Everyone I have run into at the dealership have gone out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I highly recommend the dealership and their personnel.
