I was installing my first woodstove in my home on my own because I did not want to pay for serices that I can perform myself. The local fireplace retailers in my area did not want to sell me items I needed to finish my chimney because I did not buy an over-priced stove from them. When I called Morg's the person I spoke with on the phone was very freindly and said they could help me. I drove 50 minutes out of my way to visit them. I worked mostly with Ed who was fantastic and very strong knowledge of what I was trying to accomplish. He even gave me some money saving and safety tips. I purchased everything I needed without hesitation and the install went smooth as silk. Since then I have made the hour journey out of my way to buy simple fireplace acessories that I can purchase locally but I will do all of my wood stove business with them exclusively now because of the way I was treated. I have recommended them to many friends and co-workers. Everyone I have dealt with is just as kind. It is nice to know that a place like Morg's exists still in this age.
