When looking for a new gym, I ran across an ad for a bootcamp. On the brochure was the before and after picture of a new Mom who's transformation was nothing more than AMAZING. In her testimonial, she insisted that if she could do it, so could I. I leaped at the chance and signed up for Method Evolutions Bootcamp. After the first three months, I was pretty sure that I knew everything I needed to know and ventured out on my own. Shortly thereafter, I realized that it wasn't the workouts alone that pushed me to achieve the results I had with JC's bootcamp, but the commraderie and the accountability that is naturally built-in to the program.
