In the past, I never had to worry about my weight, and could eat anything I wanted to! A couple of years back, I learned that I had a thyroid condition, and the medication they put me on caused some unwanted weight gain. I've always worked out in a gym, and have tried to eat healthy, but wasn't doing something right. As I'm not a spring chicken any longer either, I knew I needed to get help with this before it got out of control. A friend told me about a boot camp being offered by Method Evolution, and I signed up. I'm glad I did now...JC and his staff are great! They gave us info on proper foods to eat, sent out email videos of exercises to do, and the workouts are no laughing matter! I will continue using their advice and tips learned to maintain a healthy weight. Thanks Method Evolution!
