I've used Method Evolution twice now. Once before I got married and recently to change my life. Some of JC's workouts aren't exactly trendsetting, but it's how he delivers them and how he approaches you how to do them that is fantastic. I lost my first twenty pounds counting calories and then plateaud. I then got on a program with Method Evolution and have seen myself lose another 15lbs and a great leaner look. I'm weighing in at 216 now and feel great. His weekly outdoor workouts are gut busters. There is no way you'll be able to motivate yourself like he does sitting in front of your TV doing P90X. One last note....my wife and I take modified workouts of his to the GYM and we definetley stand out. Trainers are impressed and have even asked us about what we are doing. If you want to lose weight and get fit in general this program may be the best way to do it.
