I have bought seven cars from Hinshaw's, and the team has never disappointed me. I just picked up my new TL--the staff listened to what I needed and put together a great deal for me. The salesman even preset all my radio stations while I was finishing the paperwork. The whole staff does a great job, and I will never buy a car anywhere else.
