Horrible experience - I would not recommend this salon AT ALL!! Maybe other colorists are better, but I had Sharon. I wanted to go to an Aveda salon for color as they usually have well trained colorists - I guess that was a really bad assumption on my part. But when I went in for my root touch up, I came out with a significantly different color on my roots. I thought I would give her another try to let her fix the color problem. After going back in, it was better - but still my hair did not match. When I asked to come back a third time to try and get it fixed again - they couldn't find another time to get me in for another week and didn't seem very interested in trying to resolve the issue. Seriously?!? Take ownership and fix your mistakes. Overall - I found their handling of the situation unprofessional and my main takeaway was the colorist was very inexperienced.
