TV has been there 2.5 weeks after being told it would take 7-10 days for repair. No one ever answers the phone. Voicemails that were left requesting a status update are never returned. Had to actually drive 30 minutes to find out the status of the repair. Was told that TV still not working still and parts would need to be ordered but they were not sure what the problem actually was. The issue with my TV is very well known so I have no idea what the issue is now... more
