UGH! These people are like a mob! They are SO rude! They are the worst. It sounds like the girls who answer the phone are painting their toenails and you are disturbing them with your annoying questions. Not one of them I've talked to sounds professional, mature or as though they graduated middle school. The account reps are rude with the exception of one. I talked to one lady who was supposed to be a supervisor and she was the worst of all. They will not work with you at all on payments. They threaten and talk very disrespectfully. The dealer I bought my car from just randomly used these guys, otherwise I would have never selected them!
