Maybe the ""real"" dining area is different, but my party took a table in the bar area, where we paid full Pete Miller prices, but had horrific service. We had to ASK for silverware, waters, bread - all of the standard dining items. Our orders were mixed up, food came to us at all different times, the bills were wrong. When I spoke with Heather, the manager, about how unsatisfied I was with the evening, instead of handling the problem she told me, ""Go to our website and fill out a survey"". I would never go there again, and at a bare minimum I would highly recommend never going there on a weekend evening. It's overpriced and the staff is unqualified to handle a fine dining experience.
