? This is my first (and last!) wedding and I had no idea where to start. We went to another bridal shop in Boise and were drastically disappointed in their level of customer service and ability to help us out. Luckily, I went to Bridal Couture. The moment I walked in (with seven girls in my entourage) they were happy to help. I showed them a photo of the style of dress I was interested and they helped us pull a variety of gowns and accessories. Their staff was outrageously friendly and did all they could to help us stay within our budget without sacrificing the quality of the gown. I found a dress that brought tears to my eyes and there were able to make it affordable. They accommodated our methods of payment and made me feel like a princess--like it was MY day. And it was.
