I've taken Pilates instruction in different studios all over town and Grace Anatomy is by far one of the best. If you're like me and take a class here and there as you can fit it into your busy schedule, this is the place for you. The instructors are clear and concise, and move at a pace suitable to the class. It's a great workout and the subtle adjustments go a long way towards improving posture and muscle tone. If you've been away from Plates for a bit and want to pick it up again, their instructors can seamlessly fit you into the level that's most appropriate without making you go back to square one. A definite thumbs up!
