Jonathan came to my house to fix a hot water issue with my downstairs shower. He was very knowledgeable and careful while he fixed my shower. I told him that I had the same issue up stairs a year ago and ever sense then the water just did not seem as hot. Jon said he would take a look at it, sure enough he did and he was able to fix the issue as well. I will always use roto-rooter and I will request Jon from here on out. Thank you Jon.
