I love Tom's Tailors. Having moved to St. Paul several years ago, I was originally afraid I wouldn't be able to find a tailor that does good work at a cheap price, but I found Tom to be all that and then some. I took in a pair of pants that needed numerous changes?waist taken in, large hem, leg narrowed. When I got them back, you couldn't even tell there had been work done on them, and I paid something like 20 or 30 bucks for everything (can't remember exactly). Tom's extremely friendly, and has a great eye for what he does; he suggested the narrower leg, and it really looks great. I've gone back several times and never been disappointed. For a place that serves several big Twin Cities residents (I saw Garrison Keillor once when I went in to pick something up), they stay grounded. Cannot recommend highly enough!
