We took their cab and our fare was $16. We paid with a Visa card and gave cash as the tip. I found out that they charged $19 instead so we were overcharged. The customer service was horrible and the girl Stephanie who works there was rude. She said that we are automatically charged $2 for using American Express? We didn't even use Amex. We used Visa. Anyway, she told me that it's not their fault for the charge and they have no control over what the machine charges. Is it just me or is that just a bunch of bologna? Not to mention, the taxi cab was filthy dirty and the back seat door was broken so the driver had to get out of his car and open the door for us to even get out. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! NOTE: notice they make up their own reviews to get them more business...look at the ""good"" review. The reviewer is their very own personnel.
