Alvin the sales person was great, but ever since we purchased it the service dept has been horrible. Had several issues come up and inorder to get it resolved, we had to deal with the manufacture (keystone) ourself, caught them in several lies when they told us that they said the manufacture denied the claim, when in fact they NEVER contacted them in the first place. Half the time the employess do not know what they are doing. After talking with Keystone, they advised that we take our service needs to another RV dealership, that services Keystone products. I am taking their advice and doing just that. I will tell other people not to do business there as well. Very disappointed in the service dept.
