My story is almost identical. We ordered an umbrella from the New Jersey store (Newtown store closed) in July and still have not received it by Thanksgiving. I have called and written many many times and have received empty promises of ""coming in 3 weeks."" I don't believe anything these people say. I went to the store and requested a refund but was refused. They have essentially stolen my money.
