My experience with Prestige Plumbing was fantastic. They did a great job. They were incredibly professional. They even brought drop-cloths, so they would not make a mess. They removed my water heater and installed a new one without any problems. The water could be hotter, but they showed me the module to adjust the temperature.
These days, customer service is the exception rather than the rule, but Prestige Plumbing was outstanding.
