We did a little research before contacting NewPro, so we were prepared for the sales pitch and for the pricing. The sales team were very professional - just the facts and no high pressure. So we bought windows for half the house (hedging our bets in case we made a bad decision). The installation team was equally as good as the sales people. They showed up when they were supposed to on a cold early-April day with snow flurries in the air. Four hours later, all the windows were installed, and they were gone without a trace. We are very happy with the product in all respects, so now we're buying windows for the other half of the house. The only reason for docking them 1/2 star is because of price. The windows are expensive (not the most expensive that we found), but given the quality of the product and the warranty, we determined that they represented the best value for us.
