Don't use Rock's Pawn Shop,as they will rip you off.They are a bunch of scum bags.The Rock's Pawn Shop in Desert Hot Springs should be shut down.They will use what ever they can to keep you from getting your stuff back from pawn.They will low ball your item then not let you pick the item up.Then sell it for 5 times what they will give you.Tell you they can only do so much because it is not worth any more,and then steal it from you and sell it on you.They are just Legal Thieves, and should be arrested.
