I started working out with Chisholm Macdonald 14 months ago. The workouts are different each time and challenging. Chisholm pushes me beyond what I think I am capable of doing and inspires me to work harder. He is also very knowledgeable about nutrition and has helped me understand and appreciate the importance of nutrition in relation to overall health. People ask me when I am going to stop training; I tell them NEVER! Training with Chisholm is the best thing I have ever done for myself. I highly recommend him!
